This is the first and the last buggy from the manufacturer Ishipla Plastic Company (Osaka, Japan). Specialized in accessories for rc model plane and helicopter, IPC release the Monster in 1986.
The design was close to a clone of a Tamiya Hornet for the front and a AYK Boxer for the rear.
Clearly this buggy was not a great success for the company but particulary hard to find nowadays as used condition or new in Box.
